Vie Solutions is a fast-growing IT firm that needed a workspace to reflect agility, transparency, and collaboration. The goal was to design a vibrant, people-first environment that improves focus and fuels team synergy.
The design journey began with understanding Vie Solutions’ core culture—youthful, innovative, and highly collaborative. We proposed a hybrid layout that combines open work zones with acoustic pods and breakout areas. We also focused on ergonomics and sustainability—from task chairs to low-VOC paint choices. Lighting was zoned to create warmth while reducing eye strain.
